Terms and Conditions
By paying your deposit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservations and Deposits
All reservations are provisional until your deposit has been received. To secure your reservation a £10 deposit per person is required.
2. Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is fully refundable or transterable if you cancel 72 hours or more before your booking. If you cancel within 72 hours of your booking, Thyme Cafe reserves the right to retain your deposit in full.
3. Deposit Deduction and No-Shows
The deposit paid will be fully deductible from the final bill on the evening of your event, provided that 72 hours' notice is given regarding any guests who will not be attending. If this minimum notice period is not met, the deposits for those absent guests will become non-refundable and non-transferable.
In cases where a booking is made less than 72 hours before the event date, the deposit automatically becomes non-refundable.
4. Dietary Requirements and Allergies
While we can guarantee the provision of vegetarian dishes, we cannot guarantee that our dishes will be suitable for individuals with food allergies unless such requirements are clearly specified during the booking process and explicitly noted on the booking form.
5. Issue Resolution
If you remain dissatisfied, we kindly request that you submit your concerns in writing within three (3) days following the event.
6. Menu Amendments
Once the final menu has been agreed upon, any subsequent changes requested by you will be at our sole discretion and may be subject to an additional charge.
7. Ingredient Availability
Ingredients are subject to seasonal availability and quality. We reserve the right to make necessary changes to components of the ordered dishes if specific ingredients are unavailable or do not meet our quality standards. We will always endeavor to inform you of any such changes in advance.
8. Booking Modifications and Cancellations
All booking requests and modifications (including cancellations) must be submitted in writing to bookings@thymecafe.co.uk
