Spring Is Finally Here


Spring is finally here (it’s been a long timing coming), and what better way to celebrate it’s arrival than with some seasonal cooking at the Cafe. 

Wild garlic season is starting so expect this to feature on the menu; Wild Garlic Pesto With Spaghetti and also Leek, Potato & Wild Garlic Soup. Look out for the British asparagus season in late April too!

We will also be serving one of our favourite spring dishes - Seared Salmon On Risotto Primavera, a spring vegetable risotto with peas, courgettes, leek & asparagus. It’s a beautiful risotto which is great on its own, but we like to serve it with salmon as it’s a great marriage of flavours.
