Thyme Cafe celebrated its milestone 10 year birthday in 2013, thanks to its reputation as Sheffield’s most vibrant casual-dining experience. We are well-known for creating unique food with big, bold flavours.

The team is committed to sourcing the very best ingredients directly from markets and local suppliers to offer unrivalled quality and freshness to our diners; this is reflected in our daily changing blackboard menu. Food is served by our excellent front of house team, who offer professional, efficient service with a touch of northern charm and humour. We take limited reservations as well as operating a ‘first come, first served’ walk-in policy. At busy times, if we don’t have a table for you straight away you can put your name on the list and pop out for a drink while you wait for the next available table.
